The DDP partners have significant experience in the field, having executed a large multi-practice business plan with a national dental practice management company from 2003 – 2008. Dr. Alex A. Giannini, founder of Dynamic Dental Partners, and CFO, Armando J. Yanez have partnered with Dr. Michael Lebowitz and Dr. Bryan T. Marshall, founder of American Health Care—a Floridian company he grew from two locations with three doctors to ten locations with 33 doctors from 1995 to 2005. Since its inception in January 2008, DDP currently manages and operates 4 dental offices located in Sarasota, Venice and Port Charlotte, Florida. The 4 practices consist of 2 incorporations and 2 de novo (start-up) offices. The incorporated dental offices have doubled gross operating revenues within 12 to 18 months and the de novo practices grew to average operating gross revenue levels within 6 to 9 months. The 4 dental offices under DDP/Giannini management are already tracking to a $4 Million annual rate while the company has been growing its infrastructure and re-tooling its systems and strategies preparing itself for exponential growth.
After graduating from dental school in 1988, Alex Giannini developed, constructed, opened and acquired new dental offices in southwest Florida. As founder of Comfortable Care Dental Group, Dr. Giannini partnered with Dr. George Strickland to expand the business from a small dental office into a large dental practice management company. Dr. Giannini and Dr. Strickland eventually merged in 2003 with Heartland Dental Care, a then $185 million company with 1,500 employees, as a partner/shareholder.
In 1997, Dr. Giannini and Dr. Strickland formally started a dental practice management company. While assisting dentists to restore their practices back to financial health, the company also evolved and became the basis from which Dr. Giannini developed management techniques to enable the client / owner / doctor’s recovery. Having been successful in past endeavors, recognized as an expert in the dental practice management business, and given the current market place opportunities, Dr Giannini has made the decision to duplicate his earlier success. Dr. Giannini, a visionary leader, has the proven ability for recognizing exceptional acquisition and business development opportunities. Dr. Marshall received his dental degree from Georgetown University and his MBA from St. Leo University. Dr. Marshall served four years active duty with the U.S. Navy before beginning private practice in 1992. In 1995, Dr. Marshall founded American Health Care which he grew from two locations with three doctors to 10 locations with 33 doctors throughout Florida.
